FAQs
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
Being a small business means all you have to do is email us and we will work with you on processing a return. If you have worn the item more than once, or have worn it and it is damaged, we will not be able to process that return. Otherwise, we will issue a refund within 15 days of receiving the item back and will add the shirt as a physical donation through The Ron Ozamoto Fund. Your happiness is important to us!
I WOULD LIKE TO HAVE A CUSTOM SHIRT, CAN THAT HAPPEN?
For sure! We love suggestions for new apparel and if we feel the custom design/verbiage fits with “i will as He wills”, we will not only get the shirt done for you but will also place it for sale on the store named after you! We want to encourage everyone to wear what they feel speaks power to others and showcases the Bible the way it has shown up for them!
WHERE EXACTLY IS THE RON OZAMOTO FUND BEING USED?
Great question! We are working on determining the best and more helpful locations for The ROF to contribute as we want these resources to be properly managed. We will be looking at local shelters throughout the country who need additional support and will also look at mental health campaigns, businesses, and groups that we feel strongly help all people. Ensuring that all people are able to receive help is vital, as we do not believe in withholding love and help from any single group or individual. If you know of a group that demonstrates our ideals and needs help, please send their info along!
I DON’T KNOW WHAT SIZE TO BUY, HELP!
The majority of our apparel is not form-fitting or gender tailored at this time (we are certainly working towards that!) so, we suggest buying your usual size for a casual and comfortable fit or one size down for a more form-fitting aesthetic.
HOW IS THIS DIFFERENT THAN OTHER CHRISTIAN GROUPS/BRANDS?
One time I heard the phrase, “There’s no hate like Christian love” and I was incredibly angry and understanding at the saying. I believe that all individuals deserve to live their life’s unencumbered, pursuing their happiest selves, and feeling welcomed by the single group given the job of “loving thy neighbor…they enemy…others, as you love thyself”. We don’t use phrases like, “love the sinner, not the sin” because every single one of us has fallen and will continue to! We have no desire to force Christianity on others and simply want to be an example of love as we believe it is supposed to be: love without judgement. Individually we may not agree on all things, but we seek to Exist In: faith, integrity, life, love, and seeking; meaning the only job we have is to keep showing up and being open to the heart of others and not their vote, flag, color, orientation, or past.
